Overview:
Rammy come into this game off the back of an exceptional win in the FA Vase at home on Saturday where they put three past Euxton Villa.

The visitors will want to build on that performance as they will be looking to get back to winning ways in the league following a defeat away at Prestwich Heys two weeks ago and then a draw at home to Irlam the following Saturday.

A win in this one could see Steve Wilks’ men rise up the table and put themselves right back into the promotion picture. Ramsbottom currently sit bang on mid table in 12th but if they were to secure three points this evening they could move as high as eighth, just two points outside the playoffs.

As for the hosts, they sit at the very foot of the table having only three points on the board and a whopping -24 goal difference. Skem will certainly be hoping that they can kick-start their season with a victory in this one.

Despite the home side being at the bottom of the table they are by no means going to be a walk in the park. With them last season finishing a staggering 21 points above Rammy in the NPL but due to ground grading issues they were also relegated.
